This is an excellent recipe. IF I may add a suggestion; I’d have to say that you can buy excellent honey from this company called Holy Food Imports (www.holyfoodimports.com).
They produce their goods in Israel, but sell them in the US. I have been a long time customer of theirs and I have never had any issues with them.
